The fixed my car right up from the brink. Thought I wouldn’t get to drive it again and now it’s good as new. They took care of me and were extremely communicative. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs the vehicle taken care of.

My 2013 Ford edge’s Water pump was leaking, and I was instructed by my dad to bring it to Bay Auto services. (When your dad is a mechanic, you trust who he says is good.) The vehicle had always had a few issues before the water pump leak, specifically with starting the vehicle after filling it with gas. (It would fight to start and was very bad on gas plus would need weekly fills.) It was my car though and I appreciated it a lot, I kept it clean/decorated and made sure it got its oil changes. Turns out fixing the water pump in a Ford edge is a HUGE deal, it was designed to be an expensive pain in the rear. I had some money, but not enough so my father stepped in agreed to pay for the services. While they were fixing the water pump, they found the purge valve was also damaged and my father asked them to fix it as well. I thankfully, was able to take some time off from work/borrow my mom’s vehicle and it took about a little more than a week before my vehicle was fixed. It felt SO different when I got it back, Still clean and decorated like I had left it, but driving it felt more responsive and kinda speedy when I pressed the gas. I had several issues all at once with my 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Overheating, blown hoses, oil leaking, I didn’t hesitate to bring it to Bay Auto. I’ve always taken my vehicles to Bay Auto and they’ve delivered great results at reasonable prices. They went to bat for me, working with the warranty company and doing what they could to help resolve the issues to minimize the cost to me. I now have my vehicle back and it’s running great. I really appreciate the service I consistently receive there.

I stopped into Bay Auto to see if they could help me replace a wheel bearing on my truck and get an oil change. We were traveling across the country with our truck camper and I didn’t want to drive much further with the wheel bearing on its way out. I expected that I would have to come back in a few days for my appointment but much to my surprise, they were able to fit me in immediately. So after a leisurely lunch, I returned and my truck was ready to go. They did a great job and were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Bay Auto Service is hands down the best local mechanic shop. Jason is honest, knowledgeable, and always makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. I always take my vehicles there for anything I need, whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or just getting something checked out, because I know I can trust them. It’s not always easy to find a shop that’s this reliable and genuinely cares about its customers. I’d definitely recommend Bay Auto Service to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.
